Reflexology treatments now available every day, Monday to Saturday, at the studio :)
Some March appointments still available - contact me to book your treatment!
I'm now offering a choice of three class times for mum and baby postnatal recovery classes, and I am also planning the first baby reflexology classes, starting in April 2019, so do get in touch if you are interested.
There are a number of workshops being planned for the next few weeks and months - these will be added to the Classes page and also keep an eye on social media for more information.
I will be incorporating gorgeous organic products from Neal's Yard Remedies into my treatments, and will have a range of products available to purchase. Of course, if you have your own favourites, you can also order them through me - or go to my consultant website to order any Neal's Yard products you want! And, in keeping with my aim of helping you find time for yourself amongst the busyness of daily living, I will also be putting together a basket of products to be borrowed and used for a few days at a time - just get in touch if you would like to take some products home with you to try.
New personalised mindfulness sessions at the studio on Tuesdays!

Her own personal practice of yoga and mindfulness was an awakening and life transforming experience enabling her to manage the demands in her own life with less judgement and angst and develop a kinder more curious stance. It opened a new perspective to see reality and participate in the flow of life!
